Terms of Service — Shuddhta Organic

By using shuddhta.com or buying from Shuddhta Organic, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Our honey is raw and unprocessed. Colour, texture and taste can vary from batch to batch because of season and region; this is normal. Crystallisation is a natural process and does not mean the honey has spoiled.

2. Orders and payment

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud; any amount paid will be refunded in full.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time you order applies.

4. Shipping, cancellation and returns

Shipping and cancellation are covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Health disclaimer

Our products are food items, not medicines. Information on this website is for general education only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult your doctor if you have a medical condition. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.

6. Intellectual property

All content on shuddhta.com, including images, text, logos and product descriptions, belongs to Shuddhta Organic and may not be used without permission.
