Refund policy

At Shuddhta Organic, we take pride in delivering pure, raw, and NMR tested honey. Your satisfaction is our priority.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or broken
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is expired at time of delivery

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at order@shuddhta.com or WhatsApp: +91 92207 67378 with your order number and photo of the issue.

REFUND POLICY
Once return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- For COD orders: refund via bank transfer
- For online payments: refund to original payment method

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened honey jars cannot be returned
- Returns requested after 48 hours will not be accepted

EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer free exchange for damaged or wrong products delivered. Exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
