We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shuddhta Organic purchase. Please read our return policy below.

1. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can return the product within 48 hours of delivery, provided the jar is unopened, unused, and untampered, in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Tampered Products
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with, we accept an immediate return — no waiting period applies. Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue, ideally with a photo of the damaged item, so we can assist you quickly.

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@shuddhta.com with your order number and reason for return.

4. Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For damaged or tampered products, we cover the full return shipping cost.

5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
