ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹499
- Standard Shipping: ₹65 flat for orders below ₹499

DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5-8 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order on our website or the courier partner's website.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available across India at no extra charge. Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery.

PACKAGING
All honey jars are carefully packed with bubble wrap and secured in a sturdy box to prevent breakage during transit. In case of any damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours.
