Refund & Return Policy — Shuddhta Organic

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.

1. ELIGIBLE RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or tampered
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is leaking or seal is broken upon arrival

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products returned beyond 7 days of delivery
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer

3. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Email us at support@shuddhta.com within 7 days of delivery
Step 2: Share your order number and photos/video of the damaged product
Step 3: Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
Step 4: Approved returns will receive a replacement or full refund

4. REFUND TIMELINE
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- COD orders will receive refund via bank transfer or UPI

5. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
