Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed, usually the same day. We ship Monday to Saturday.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders of ₹499 and above
₹65 shipping on orders below ₹499

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details are sent to you by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Our courier partners include Amazon Logistics and XpressBees.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. To cancel, WhatsApp us at +91 92207 67378 or email help@shuddhta.com with your order number. After 1 hour, or once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
